Don't change brands of birth control if what you're on works for you. I went through three new brands where I wanted to die after a week because of how moody they made me or how bad they made my skin.. I keep returning to Yasmin because that's what works.
Hydrogen peroxide (diluted, of course!) can work as a good toner in a pinch.
Working with kids makes you feel both younger and older simultaneously.. but be careful when playing Red Rover. It can be a VERY violent game.
If you feel dizzy, sit down. Nothing good can come from blacking out (except maybe a story to laugh at later).
