The dust in the ocean is impossible to inspect after a very short time, especially if you dump in different areas for each hooker. The pork cooking ruins any residual DNA that may have survived the heat and bleach by covering it up with DNA that's similar.
Steven Avery didn't dispose of the bullet. You don't kill with bullets.
