How much exactly? Per income bracket? Now compare that to American private healthcare costs. Huh, we in the US still pay a lot more. Why do you suppose that is? And why did health insurance costs go up
36% between 2000 and 2004? I don't suppose inflation was going at that rate. Actually, the dollar was losing value.
Edit: Ah, found my old link. The US pays $5,711 per capita for healthcare. Canada? About half that at $2,989.
