I wonder if anyone would purchase designer furniture online. I'm sure I would. Long before internet shopping came along, I'd bought sofas over the phone from a place in NC. I first picked the brains of salespeople in a store, then called NC because it saved me over half the price.
Also, what would DISCOURAGE you from buying from a particular website? Feedback numbers and cost. I'm big on savings and just as particular about customer service. There's probably a few smaller things, like navigation and descriptives that would discourage me. I like things upfront and simple.
