Are there any website features that you enjoy that help you shop? I like easy comparison spec sheets (with the specs listed in the same order). Links that I can left-click or right-click and open in a new window (I hate those javascript pop-ups). Customer reviews are good. A search fuction that allows me to search for a phrase rather than a list of keywords. I'd also like to see a "not quite" button that will lead me to similar products. For example, If I'm looking at a flashlight, I could click the "not quite" button and it will give me something like "If you want a slightly brighter flashlight, consider light x. If you want something a little more portable, try light z"
Also, what would DISCOURAGE you from buying from a particular website?
A cluttered appearance, confusing navigation, flash intros/animations that can't be disabled, and anything flashing.
I wonder if anyone would purchase designer furniture online.
Not me. I like to know that furniture is comfortable before buying it. If I can't put my ass on it first, I won't consider buying it.
