They will also be running Dexter on CBS, to use for content because of the writer strike. Not sure how good the shows gonna be edited though.. that will take a lot of the edge out of it.

Yea, the book is great... its leaves you with a lot more of Dexter's inner monologue, which I like. But I couldnt help but feel it was only half the story, after watching the show
... they obviously fleshed out the fairly short story a hell of a lot to fill a complete season of hour long episodes.
