aigoo... hey ya'll since im here already let me call around this week and i should hopefully have some answers by the weekend.
What evactly are we looking for? possible group rates? meeting room booked, or just general hotel rates, etc..
I dont think we're going to have enough folks to merit a meeting room or anything super formal like that. It's not worthwile to the hotels..
Also..we really should look at another date.. SOMEONE wants it by his *ahem* birthday.. that's why the tentative date is mid/late oxtober.
