I agree, but keep in mind that if you're using a LMG at close to medium range, you can't zoom in to the sights and fire. If you do, you die. On the servers I play on if you have time to zoom in, something is wrong. All the P90 and Skorpion people with Double Tap keep you from being able to zoom in with an LMG.
That is pretty lame about people spraying from left to right though. The only time I've ever did that I had 5 people in the same room with me that I walked in on and literally had to spray to hit all of them. It was great.
