Family: Two armed hug with a kiss on both cheeks. (We're Italian.)
Close Male Friends: Normal two armed hug.
Close Females Friends: Normal two armed hug with a kiss. (Yes, on the lips)
Male Friends: Handshake into one armed hug.
Female Friends: Two or one armed hug.
Everyone else: Handshake.
