Funny you mention a junior bridesmaid. My niece is going to be a junior bridesmaid for my wedding. Luckily I've seen a lot of nice styles out there for girls her size. She probably won't be able to match the older bridesmaids, but I'll find something that looks nice. Considering having her dress compliment our flower girl.

My step-daughter was a jr. bridesmaid in my wedding. Since the dress I chose had fairly easy seams (straight with no embellishment), we were able to take it to a seamstress and have her take it in and up...a lot. It looked great and I think only cost about $30 or so. Something to think about. Of course, it would probably be cheaper just to buy your niece her own dress.
