coping with stress?
at the moment, things couldnt be worse. after giving the store manager at work a mouthful about how my hours are ridiculous, getting a speeding fine in the mail today, unpaid rent building up, having the flu, and exams next week, everything is just getting worse, i cant sleep cause im stressing about the roof over my head, the exams next week, and my how on earth am i going to pay the speeding fine.
any tips on managing stress? my marks have slipped on the assessment today (97%, was 100%), and i cant afford to drop anymore otherwise i'll fall short of my score for entrance to university.
