I'm allergic to Iodine and this might be why the salt water stuff makes me feel more stuffy later... which I just figured out after reading the NeilMed site. I'm going to try to get some of this stuff from WalMart tomorrow. The teapot-shaped neti pot is a lot less intimidating, too.
And, i concur with the Orgasm Theory of Decongestion. It works well.
