NeilMed makes a sinus rinse kit. You actually squirt the water up your nose and it typically runs out along the roof of your mouth. Sounds gross, but it works, and doesn't rely on gravity to try and clear all the nasties out of there. It also comes with premeasured saline packets to dissolve, much finer than salt.
