We are usually behind bushes and are wearing camouflage. Don't ask why.
BTW, we're actually a lot more common today than we were 10, 30, or even 50 years ago. It has a lot to do with the acceptance of equal rights that many men have been able to accept that women are totally equal to men in every real sense, and as such deserve to be treated with the utmost empathy and sympathy. Speaking to my uncle and when I used to speak to my grandfather, women were commonly more like glorified dishwashers once upon a time, even by good men. They simply didn't know any better. I count myself fortunate that I was able to get the education to know better.
