We have a PS3. I live vicariously through my SO on the games though because I suck horribly and hand-eye coordination is a big issue for me, but it's been a blast watching him play the Darkness, Resistance, Heavenly Sword and cursing the world trying to beat Lair. And he downloads trials of a bunch of them before deciding to buy new games.
I love it because we Netflix a ton of Blu-Rays, stream audio and video from the file server in the other room, and a little birdie told me that there's going to be a divX codec released soon. It's sooo been worth it for us, even at the original $600 something price.
