Are you sleeping well? I'm pretty tired all the time, so I eventually went for a sleep study at the hospital. I was afraid that I had sleep apnea, but found that I am narcoleptic. I don't suddenly fall asleep at dinner face-planted in my spaghetti like in the movies, but I constantly doze off for a few seconds when I'm working on the computer, reading, or watching TV. There's nothing they can do about it except medicate with stimulants...which sucks when you really want to sleep.
If you are somewhat overweight and a bit out of shape...sleep apnea may be robbing you of some of your energy. Again, talk to your doc first before doing anything.
