Left over roast beef I made Sunday but in a sandwich tonight and cheesy potato soup I'm making from scratch,
It's real easy
2 cup potatoes cubed
1 cup onions chopped
2 cups of water with chicken bullion cubes in it boil all together until potatoes are soft about 15 minutes
Put in a food blender until smooth add 8 oz of velveta cheese continue to blend, sprinkle with bacon bit if you like
