Burnout at 20? That's scary!
Exercise may help, but it sounds as though you're not very motivated to stick with it. One of my favorite quotes: The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results. Keep that in mind and get up and do it. The first few times may exhaust you, but keep pushing and eventually you should hit adrenaline rush.
Also, diet should be looked at. Too many carbs could be wearing you down. Try to keep things healthy. Drink lots of water. Shut the TV and computer for a while.
If you think you may be depressed, go see your doc. There are so many possibilities, but if diet and exercise don't help within a couple of weeks or so, definitely seek professional help.
