I have taken Piracetam before. It's ... interesting ... but I couldn't tell you if it really made my memory any better or not. I tried it for about a month or so.
I felt really alive and focused while taking it. That's all I can tell you. My wife described me as "intense" during that time. I stopped taking it because I don't like maintenance drugs.
I'd talk with a doctor about it.
