This is just a bit to far fetched for me, although another government conspiracy is always interesting........
All the other theories would just be accidents, unintentional transmission of SIV by vaccinations, dirty needles, or the good ole monkey hunter (not to be confused with a chimpfucker, but he could have killed the chimp then had sex with it, making him a necrophiliac zoophile who may have started the AIDS pandemic)
The conspiracy would be covering up the truth to protect the scientists who accidentally unleashed a plague upon the world...........
