I get Pure Beech sheets at Bed Bath and Beyond - they are SOOOOO soft, and I think they're that modal stuff. Like fred said, tho, they're a bit stretchy, which can be a good thing if you have a thick mattress or something. They can accommodate a bit more, y'know? I love them. I have three sets, and they've worn really well.
