For the intended spirit of rule #6

Considering the fact that there are discretionary points it is possible that the first poster may not be the highest point getter.
Since the intention of rule #6, i believe, is to spread the points around (give others a chance) maybe the rule should be:
6. The
highest scorer in the current round will choose the Theme for the next round after the current round is closed and the point totals are posted.
