2. No, but only because innocent people might be sentenced for it by accident.
3. Well you shouldn't be able to yell "FIRE" in a crowded place. But you should be allowed to publicly express your thoughts.
4. No, taxation should be used for the betterment of society, e.g. research, healthcare, defense, etc.
5. Yes, you can't contribute to society if you can't speak the language.
6. You shouldn't be able to tell someone not to pray. You also shouldn't be able to have an official prayer or endorsement of religion.
