I've had this idea in my head for so long... a comfort food cafe. Small diner, open all night, serving great stuff like mashed potatoes and mac and cheese... but if you want scrambled eggs with grape jelly and it's not on the menu, just ask. If you want a ham sandwich with potato chips crunched in the middle, say something. Or if you're like me, and you crave a peanut butter sandwich with nacho cheese doritos on it, we could do it.
Now I'm hungry.
