Hmm, what games do I like? I guess if I had to list genres...
- RPGs - I stared playing them in the 90s during the Black Isle & Bioware boom. That's not to say I haven't played my fair share of console RPGs.
- Platformers/ action-adventure - Using just the last gen I can name the following games that I loved: Prince of Persia games, Psychonauts, Oddworld: Stranger's Wrath, Beyond Good & Evil, GunValkyrie, Jet Set Radio Future, etc.
- Strategy - Gladius, Disgaea, FFT, Kessen III, etc.
- FPS - I do like FPS. Examples being Rainbowsix games, CoD games, Half-Life, etc. Those are all covered on my PC & 360. I can skip Resistance and live happy. Also, I hate the PS3 controllers for shooters, it's just a personal issue.
- Beat Em' Ups - Goes back to my days of playing Streets of Rage on the Genesis. It's also a reason why I like the Dynasty Warrior games in all their simplicity.
- Sports - I'm a sucker for Boxing and Basketball games, just waiting for a great next gen soccer title and I'm set.
I could list others but I'm kinda brain dead now.
