3. No limits, however, you can be held accountable for what you say (libel, slander, threats, disturbing the peace, etc.). Also, free speech doesn't mean you can sue the mall after they kick you out because you were wearing a Fuck Bush shirt.

5. No, I'd like it if everyone spoke English but we shouldn't force them to. However, I don't think we should be required to spend buttloads of extra money accomodating those who don't speak English (voting ballots in foreign languages, interpreters, etc.)
6. Depends on what you mean. They should be allowed to pray as long as it isn't disruptive to others. I'm fine with kids forming groups also, as long as they aren't getting money directly from the school. Teachers can lead the groups but they will NOT get paid for that time. I am not cool with paid employees leading a prayer (like the football coach or pricipal, etc.).
