That 100k can help get you a loan for more if you have a good idea.
Just don't do one of those boutique type stores which have 'will close soon' written all over it.
Based on the fact you must not have an idea, good or otherwise, or you wouldn't be posting here, I'd invest it in something secure and get back to work.
