I would not report it.

If you know who did it, it is too easy to get back at them without any repurcussions. They are the ones who must live out the rest of their lives in fear. They don't know when the revenge might come, who might deliver it, what form it might take. I would report it if I thought he would try again or if I thought he might try something worse. In that case I would also tell a friend or two so that if anything ever happened to me, the man responsible wouldn't live long to tell about it.

I wouldn't report it if a girl raped me. I'd give her a high five if she could force an erection in that situation and actually get me or herself off. I tend to get a fight or flight response in that kind of situation that seems to preclude getting an erection.

I'd only go for revenge if she was dumb enough to give me an STD or get herself pregnant.
