Another possibility is putting a lein on the building, if they own it. They will not be able to sell it, without satisfying the lein. I think it is important that you get in front of the line of creditors that are owed.

pen, most lawyers will do the initial consultation for free, if not you can also find a lawyer via the local BAR referral. there are alse legal action workshops you can go to and learn up on the employment stuff also for free.
