I figured more people would have had treehouses when they were wee ones, though... especially folks who grew up out in the boondocks.

Hahaha, you Viewmaster idea made me smile. I remember those things!
Good idea w/ the build-for-charity suggestion. Maybe I should build one as a test case to see how it works out and give it to someone on Craigslist when I'm done.
My kids are so gonna get spoiled with the best treehouse ever.
