If they're people who've made the ambulance ride more than once or twice, they'll sometimes see the monitor leads and just start pulling up their shirt. They are very often not wearing any sort of bra, and frequently wearing a one-piece large "dress", which means they end up lying there holding their dress up to their chin and naked except for underwear (hopefully there is underwear).
