If he'd only said the anime thing, I'd be right with you, but as it is, he mentioned a stack of things that made HIM think the OP is very young.

My first thought (before I got that far down the tread) as that the writing style and the sexual history revealed made the OP sound if not very young, then at least very naive, or inexperienced.

I think it's a fair comment, especially given the n under 18s rule here.
