I dunno about this. I mean, one of the biggest criticisms Yankee fans had against Torre was his poor management of the bullpen.

Let's not forget that prior to the Yankees, he managed the Mets, Braves, and Cardinals, and his record with those teams was less than stellar.

I'm sure anything is better than Grady Little, just don't get too excited and expect him to be the second coming of Tommy LaSorda.
