really? in canada, it's EXTEMELY popular. anyone who's french knows how to tell time this way. it's how they say it on tv. next show is at 22hr. news at 23. etc.. if i had seen one watch like this, i'd definitely buy one but now i have 2 working and 1 with no batteries so i'll wait till it's a necessity.
plus, anyone who can't figure out IF # > 12 then # - 12 + PM is not too bright.
