Thanks to everyone. I am going to try Unisom in the future and continue to use Ambein when a good night's sleep is a must.
From this thread and in threads in the past here at TFP, looks like quite a few of us are plagued with insomnia. Lack of sleep really effects your performance, both phycially and mentally. I was surprised to see how much physical effect it had on me until I realized that when I work out on days following a sleepless night I had much less strength. In some cases, I couldn't complete the reps.
