I'll have to go with the ones i played the most and had most fun playing.
on PC: Elastomania for insane replayability. UT for overall enjoyment. and starcraft for best multiplayer enjoyment.
on ps2: the Harmonix serie like(guitar hero serie(2 and 3) and Amplitude). and also games like katamari damacy or Shadow Of the Collossus.
on GB: tetris.
card games: heart or Golf.
board games: risk or dicewars and sometimes Monopoly.
bigger games: pool 9ball and air hockey are always fun.
