I agree, this is a great thread. My wife and I started an exercise routine at the local YMCA. We do different aerobics classes 3-4 times daily.

My motivation, having horrible cholesterol and I am in my early 30's.

Starting Weight = 235 lbs
Current Weight = 225 lbs

I would love it if I could get down to 200 lbs.
