Nothing atm, I'm in my lounging draws...
Usually though, pen, plastic-wrapped Bic lighter, a phone-jack line-splitter, wallet, loose change (mostly pennies), a few rocks I like to fondle throughout the day (from my collection), assorted bits of papers, knife, fingernail clippers, a little LCD light in the shape of a paperclip, house key, an AA-sized flashlight, a couple of twist ties and small zip ties, a combination lock (which I forgot the combination to(I'll work it out again), a pair of regular pliers and a pair of needle-nosed pliers, couple dead AA batteries (keep meaning to throw them out), an American Chopper bandanna, and a chokechain for a dog.
I feel I left something out.
