There's two different issues here.
One is that using the actual compound MDMA (ecstacy) is completely harmless. Nobody's going to agree with me here on this, but that doesn't change it. Hardly any of the studies done on ecstacy were scientifically valid, and often analyzed people who had been doing many drugs in a combination for decades. Of course they had holes in their brain.
The second issue is that the problem with acquiring illegal drugs in the United States and in general is very dangerous and there is no guarantee that what you bought is in fact what it was represented as in the purchase. This is the main reason people die from heroin, because it's impure and there's no easy way to tell how concentrated the item you purchased was.
I realize this is very controversial because it sounds like I am saying drug use is safe. It's not, and that's not what I'm saying. I am advocating accurate information rather than retarded anti-drug and pro-drug rhetoric and propoganda.
Disclaimer: I've never used anything, at all. But if you are advocating Science and Reason then you should bother to get your facts straight, from the original research done on MDMA before it became a political issue.
That being said having sex on ecstacy is about as intelligent as picking stocks while riding the white pony. It's possible I imagine, but it's generally a terrible idea as you're incapacitated in that one lone, critical regard.
