In the end I was greatfully introduced by the locals to the Pappas family restaurants. www.pappas.com

I ate at the Seafood one and the BBQ one and both were great. I didn't feel gouged at all and the food was fantastic.

I am now officially a real Ranch Dressing snob. Kraft just won't cut it anymore.
