This is my point exactly, and why I think we should outlaw all third-party payments other than for catastrophic events. The idea that "cost shouldn't matter" is ridiculous, because
someone is always paying for it, even if not the patient, and other people's money should be respected too. If you respect your own, you should spend your own.
