I love tattoes... on everyone. I love guys with both sleeves done!
I'm also a big fan of mens shoulders. Nice, firm and well muscled shoulders, not ridiculously big, but arms that say, "I can throw you over my shoulder and to my bed any time I want too!"
On a woman its defintly the back of the neck.
