I'll continue with the "Who am I?" line of questions. I like that format.
Having lost a lung in the Korean war, I found myself unable to sing, so I focused on guitar playing. I recorded the only instrumental song to be banned from airplay on American radio during the 50's, and punched holes in the speakers of my amp doing it so it sounded more like the live version.
Who am I? (Bonus meaningless internet points if you can name the song.)
