1) Honey
Low water activity and a higher sweetness than sugar means that the sweetness is more likely to translate in bodily fluids. Fructose protein makes up a great deal of seamen, and honey is basically fructose.
2) Water
Part of the reason that the makeup of seamen will result in odd tastes is because of all the crap you ingest. Water flushes a lot of that out.
3) Cinnamon
The stuff isn't digested that much, and let's face it: cinnamon is delicious.
The most important point, though, would be proper diet and exercise.
