Isn't Replens just a long lasting personal lubricant? I'm assuming you've tried others, but since it's dangerous to assume I'll give you my two cents about lubricants.
First of all, thank God for their existance. My girlfriend and I would not be able to have sex without a lubricant. We've tried several and our personal favorite is called Maximus. We also like Liquid Silk.
I'm not sure why you would want a long lasting personal lubricant that lasts several days. Seems like it would be a little uncomfortable when not being used for its intended purpose. Besides, one of the best parts about using a libricant for sex is the application. I can be a great part of foreplay.
