I think that the Liberals realize that they cannot win an election with the current popularity of Harper, and the current perception of Dion as a leader.
While the Conservatives may want an election this fall/winter, they aint gonna get it from the Liberals. So the net effect may be the same policy-wise.
Now maybe we can get the income splitting moving forwards??? Also happy about making our sovereignty a reality in the far north. Hands off our territory Denmark and US!
