The lamb reminds me of the singed lamb heads (svið) you find in Iceland. They're available in the supermarket. I haven't tried those yet, I probably will at some point. Same with Hákarl (shark meat buried for a few months, then dried for a few more). It's rotten and reeks of ammonia. I'll have to try that too.
I can't mentally handle eating bugs. But meat is usually fine.
