You need to dig deeper into their stuff man! Try some of Bruce Dickinson's solo stuff, for example Accident of Birth. The song "Man of Sorrows" is simply haunting, and shows that Bruce has an opera quality voice. Along that line, try "Navigating the seas of the sun" off of A tyranny of souls. Also check out the Bruce Dickinson/Rob Halford single "The one you love to hate". The two metal gods going at it voice to voice is amazing!

Well, well. Mr. Ravel and myself appear to have a common interest.
So as it sits....
Iron Maiden. Way, way up there!
Solo Bruce Dickinson. Also way up there.
Newer Black Sabbath, from Dio on.
And speaking of Dio, his first couple of solos were great.
Deep Purple's Perfect Strangers. "Wasted Sunsets" is sooooo underrated that it's criminal.
Killer Dwarves.
Old (as in the first album only) Great White.
Dokken, particularly Tooth and Nail and Under Lock and Key.
Yngwie. First three albums.
I'm sure there's others, but I'm too tired to look them up right now....
