Honestly, I eat very few vegetables.

I do take multivitamins, and whatever is in protein shakes, energy bars, and other health food riff-raff, but without supplementing my diet I would probably have scurvy or worse.

It is too easy for me to go out to lunch with the guys and the eat again on the way home from work. Also, I have a fast metabolism and I have a relatively physical job. I am always hungry and salad never seems to satiate me. I find myself reading the nutrition information on foodstuffs to make sure I am getting enough calories....nutritive content takes a back seat to simply getting the energy I need.

The sad part is that even eating double what most people (under about 300 pounds) consume I still can't put on weight. Go figure.
