My favorite Toby/Michael moment is from the end of last season, after Michael moved Ryan to "The Annex", and then needed Toby to go to negotiate his raise with Jan.
Michael: Come on.
Toby: Where are we going?
Michael: Where are we going!? I'm going to smack you in the head with a hammer. Come on.
Toby (glances at the partition behind which Ryan and Kelly are bickering, sighs): Okay.
